- Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App
- Use the App in a way that violates any law or these Terms
- Use the App to transmit malware, harass others, or engage in any harmful activity

The App is free. There are no in-app purchases, subscriptions, or paid features. If this changes in the future, these Terms will be updated accordingly.

The App provides guided breathing exercises and a Pomodoro focus timer for general wellness and relaxation purposes only.
**The App is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.** Information and exercises provided are for general wellness purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice.
- If you have a respiratory condition, cardiovascular condition, anxiety disorder, or any other medical concern, consult a healthcare professional before using breathing exercises.
- Discontinue use immediately if you experience dizziness, lightheadedness, shortness of breath, discomfort, or any adverse effects.
- Do not use the App while driving, operating machinery, or in any situation where relaxation or altered breathing could pose a safety risk.
- The App is not intended to treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
